Inpiron 7348 & Active Stylus
I just got my new laptop and stylus is. So far I love the laptop but the stylus will not work. I have checked the battery, its fine.
Is there any special software I need?
Also I have seen that there is a Rev A03 out yet I was shipped a Rev A00. Is there a major difference between them?
I tried to access the Technical Support but could not find a service tag.

I'm in the same boat with you. Also all of the "tech support" isn't helpful at all, they just keep telling me that there aren't any active stylus's that work with this computer.
Now, I did take the pen to a Sams club to hopefully test the pen on a synaptics display. What I found on an HP touch laptop was that it reacted wildly to the pen. Just touching the display nothing happened but with slight pressure the screen showed pressure, but about 3 in above and below where I held the pen.
I'm sending this pen back and going to try another. If you got yours to work please write a response I have been looking everywhere and this is the only post that I have seen that references the 7348.

I have not been able to get it to work but after a lot of research I think that the problem lies more with Windows 10 then the stylus. I have read that many people using it with the Venue 8 and other devices had it stop working when they updated to 10. I think Dell needs to update their add campaign and should just take back the stylus for a full refund.

If the active stylus does not work with the 7348, then why the *** does DELL sell it with the Insp 13 2in1 as a recommended accessory?
If this is the case, then I'm TROUGH with DELL!

I have a Dell Venue 8 Pro. When I ordered my 7348 and the SUGGESTED accessory Active Stylus. I found the stylus to be functional, not on the Insp 13 2in1, but on the Ven8pro running Win8.1. I upgraded the Ven8pro tablet to Windows 10, and the pen continued to run fine.
