Insperion 1525 does not boot up

When trying to boot up my 1525, when I press the power button, I get the blue power light it stays on, the harddrive light blinks on then off and I get a flash blink across all the indicator lights on the top right and then nothing, no Dell logo screen, nothing.  Not even the post test.  So I figure I must need a new cpu or something, right.  I'm still under warranty for service I just thought i post this.
