Inspirion 7000 series crashed hard drive
This very mildly used system mechanic (dell recommended) "safeguarded" computer has crashed, under warranty and ProProtected yet ZERO support despite 5 hrs of phone time with India. Any suggestions as to how to contact corporate in TX?

What is your exact model and what is happening?
I have an Inspiron 7779 so not sure what enj63 us referring to unless it is the level of support. From your statement, are you in India or just talking to that support option?
I don't know of any special access except the phone and maybe the consumer forum here.

Inspirons do not qualify for US support, though it's an option on Optiplex, Precision, Latitude models.
What's the exact Dell diagnostic error you're seeing?

That does not sound good. We will be glad to look into this for you.
Does the computer crash with a bluescreen?
