Inspiron 1200 always asks to recalibrate battery at startup.
Inspiron 1200 always asks to recalibrate the battery at startup.
I recalibrated and next startup it asks again, on and on.
I changed the battery, same recalibrate request. Both batteries are Dell and
both show 100% charged.
Any way to disable the recalibrate request?

what Operating system are you running?
try updating Notebook system software, chipset and bios
or
run 32-bit dell diag from cd/dvd or by pressing f12 at startup
in custom diagnostics run non-interactive test on the whole system
or
run system restore and reset to factory defaults should be ctr+f11
