Hi, last year i bought an Inspiron 13 5000. It was a <profanity> to actually buy the thing but in the end i worked out. When i logged in to my laptop just this month, windows and the dell app said my battery had suffered a permanent failure. I ran the diagnostics test and this too said my battery should be replaced. I can't seem to be able to buy a battery on the dell website. I sent a few mails to dell support but haven't had an answer yet. How can i send dell my laptop, so they can fix it? (it's still inside the warranty).

I tried contacting them via mail and facebook, but they didn't respond to any messages. I tried twitter yesterday and they surprisingly answered within an hour.
