Inspiron 14-3452 Logo Continuous Loop Windows 10

I've had my computer for about a year and 5 months now and I've reset it quite a bit because it would always be slow or the screen would turn black and say "runtime error." I'm close to just saying it's faulty. But anyways, this time I tried to reset it, it said no boot device found. Then I turned it off and turned it back on and the logo would continously loop. It wouldn't even go to sleep, it would just loop for hours. I already tried the online idea about taking everything external off of the laptop and holding the power button but it hasn't worked. You're going to need to recovery flash drive you were prompted to prepare when you received the system - attach that and boot from it.  It may be possible to repair the system -- or if no, reload the factory image.

If you did not prepare that, you will need to obtain the flash image for your system from support.dell.com and prepare the recovery media.
