Inspiron 14 7437 - cannot wake up a laptop from sleep mode, loose keyboard access

Hello, 

I have 2 months old laptop Inspiron 14 7437. 

I have noticed few anomalies. 

1. I cannot wake up a laptop from a sleep mode. It goes to sleep after 10 min. I click on the power button to wake it up. I can see a keyboard light up but screen remains blank.  I have to hold a power button to turn it off and then I get my laptop to work. 

2. After bring laptop from sleep I loose access to a keyboard and track pad. I only have access to the keyboard on the screen. Sometimes, the access to a regular keyboard returns but always. In order to get it back, I need to shut down the laptop via touch screen commands.

Any help would be appreciated.
