My son's computer won't connect to the internet. It's an Inspiron 14 using Windows 10. Last thing I did was reset the computer, but I have the same problem. I keep getting "Windows did not detect any networking hardware."
All the other computers can get online, so the issue isn't the router.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
If "reset" was "reinstall", you need to install the chipset drivers and then the network drivers. Use the service tag to look up the correct drivers at support.dell.com -- you'll need to put those on a flash drive and install them. Then you can go online to get the rest of the drivers.
