On 29-July-2013 continuos beep sound coming while booting and stops when the Windows 7 is loaded.
Checked there are no "Stucked Key".
Check Memory Diagnostic "No Issues"
Hard drive working Well.

Hi Ravi,
I tried to test "Diagnostics" at the boot time but after pressing "Diagnostics" the screen goes blank and only the cursor is blinking for indefinite time.
And my main subject problem is resolved.
Steps I followed after talking to DELL.
1. Removed the BATTERY
2. Disconnected from the POWER SOURCE
3. Opened the POWER BACK PANEL, KEYBOARD BANK PANEL, RAM PART also.
4. Cleaned the Keyboard wires and RAM
5. Refitted everything
And that worked well and the beeps gone.

Hi JigneshSURATI,
Dell Inspiron 1464 system can emit a series of beeps during start-up if the display cannot show errors or problems. These series of beeps, called beep codes, identify various problems. Please let me know how many beeps you get.
I’d suggest that you follow the steps mentioned below and check if the system turns ON without beeps.
Also, I would suggest that you run the diagnostics on the computer by following the steps mentioned below and check if there is any issue with the hardware on your system.

Hi Ravi,
Thank for contacting immediatly.
Your first option, removing battery and AC adapter doesn't work. Getting the same continuos beeps which are difficult to identity series of beeps.
Tried second option, Boot >> Diagnostics
--> Upon clicking "Diagnostics"
--> Screen goes blank with small cursor on Top, Left position with no status or message.
I think Diagnostics is not running.

Hi JigneshSURATI,
I would suggest you Press and hold down the Fn button and press the Power button on the keyboard to start the diagnostics and let me know the results.
Also, I would suggest you to remove the hard drive from the system and try switching ON the system and let me know if the computer beeps.
