Inspiron 15 3000 Screen brightness problem

Hi,

I'm using windows 7 Pro SP1 on Inspiron 15 3000, and i'm having a problem trying to decrease the screen brightness using the F11 key, it would only decrease one bar. Can you help me with this ?

PS: I don't have the Adjust Screen Brightness option when I click on the Battery icon.
