Inspiron 15 (3537), Set main graphic card or disable the integrated?

Hello i have Dell inspiron 3537 (i7,8gb,1tb)  i didnt even know that the laptop had integrated graphics there was nowhere been written in every site i had searched for that laptop. whatever i stream on twitch and Obs doesnt recognize the other GPU i have i have tried everything i knew to change the integrated graphics but was not enough please help me change the integrated graphics i really need to do it , i have big problems with the Intel low gpu that cant capture anything.
