Inspiron 15-3542, no power
computer was working fine then now wont power on or show led lamp it is charging I replaced battery with a dell oem checked and switched power supply deleted flea power and tried to start with battery out only on ac no luck any advise love using that computer is a touch screen

You lost me. Are you saying that you have tested multiple AC adapters on this 2014 laptop? And that both AC adapter LEDs light up when they are plugged into the wall power outlet? And with both AC adapters and no battery, the laptop does not power on?
