Inspiron 15 5578 i7

Hi

In My Inspiron 5578 keyboard Backlight turns on automatically after every reboot and I have to manually turn it off using F10 key is there any way to disable this feature or this is normal ? I tried to turn off keyboard brightness in windows mobility setting but there is no option to keep back light turned off permanently.

Thank You

Hi,

Thank you for writing to us!

For this model of the system you can use the F10 .Since there is no option to disable the backlight keyboard from BIOS, however when you use the F10 key will disable until you enable it again.

Kindly private message the service tag and email address.

Thanks
