Inspiron 15 7537 (7000 series ) few keys in Keyboard are not working
Hi, I have Inspiron laptop 15 7000 series (7537) laptop and some of the keys are not working. When I press them to type..the letters are not typing . Not sure the exact reason. Can you please help in fixing it

Thanks for writing to us.
When did the issue start? Do the keys work on an external keyboard?
Was there any liquid spillage recently?
Have you tried the keys on different platforms (documents, notepad, emails etc)
Do provide us your system tag#, email address and name via private message,by clicking on my name in blue and then select send a private message
If the keys work on an external keyboard, then its a hardware issue.

issue started on last Tuesday i.e 5th april. No liquid spillage on key board..
yes..i tried to type on different documents and issue is same in all documents. these keys are working using virtual/touch keyboard.

Hi,
Both my keyboard and the touch screen keyboard are not working. I accidentally spilled my drink on the keyboard. Is that why it is not working? How do I solve this? Please help
