Inspiron 15 - 7559 Nvidia graphics card 960M not in Device Manager

This has been posted before, I purchased this laptop over a year ago. I cannot pinpoint when the graphics card failed to function because this is not my primary gaming system. I can narrow it to within August of 2017. I rolled the firmware back to 1.0.1 and erased/reinstalled Windows 10 Home. The HDD, RAM, battery and any other optional upgrades are stock hardware. The Nvidia adapter is still not even a Unknown nor Hidden Device in Device Manager. I read on other posts this is probably a hardware issue, what are my options under Dell Support and their costs?

wa-ki16,

You will need to contact Dell Support at 1-800-624-9896 for information on the cost to repair the computer.

Ballpark between $350-450 with part+labor, depending on CPU (i5 cheaper, i7 higher).
