Inspiron 1520 Blue Screen of Death

When using my Inspiron 1520 on battery I get A Blue Screen that reads:

*** HARDWARE MALFUNCTION
CALL YOUR HARDWARE VENDOR FOR SUPPORT
***THE SYSTEM HAS HALTED***

There is no other information on the blue screen.  This problem does not happen when using the AC adapter.
I have called Dell and they have sent a replacement HDD.  Still having the same problem.  Sent the Laptop in for repair and they sent it back(less than 24 hours from the time I shipped it to them) and they are sending another HDD to replace.

The problem happens more frequently when I increase the screen brightness and use a USB mouse.

The laptop was purchased in November 2007.

Any Ideas?

Run a full and thorough system diagnostic using the Dell Diagnostic Utility by hitting F12 at the opening screen (when the Dell logo is on the screen, before the OS starts booting).

I have run the Diagnostics Many times! every time I have contacted Dell they have had me run it. When I reboot the system after the Blue Screen it always Passes all the diagnostics.

Today I am installing my second replacement Hard Drive. It came with all the software pre installed like it was new from the factory.
