Under Battery Meter - Battery Status it says the Total Battery Charge is 0%.

Under Battery Health is says, "Your battery is able to charge normally. However it is reaching the end of it's life."

So if the the Battery Mater says the battery is able to charge normally could be it be I have another problem other than a bad battery like maybe the laptops battery charger?

Is there a way to test the battery charger? I do not have access to another similar laptop so that option is out.

As long as the AC adapter is recognized correctly, which is seems to be -- the problem is simply an aging battery.
