Laptops General - Read Only

Hi

I have an Inspiron 1525 and I had to do a PC Restore to the factory settings about 3 days ago. Turns out that now, every time I shut the computer down it will come back on by itself some time later. I dont know exactly when but I shut it down completely when I go to bed and then 6 to 8 hours later when I get up the computer is on. I thought it was a night time thing for updates and scanning but it is also during the day...

I am not putting the system to sleep or hibernate, I am shutting it completely off.

Any ideas?

Again I seem to get to resolve my own problem. Updating the chipset and the BIOS did the trick.
