Inspiron 1564 video issue
Hello,
I am running windows 8.1 on my Dell Inspiron 1564 i3. I've downloaded video drivers from dell product support page and I have been trying to install video driver but installation doesn't start with the error that "This computer does not meet the minimal requirements for installing the software". Is there any way/fix/trick to install video driver on windows 8.1?

Hi,
Thank you for reaching us.
Since Inspiron 1564 was never shipped with Windows 8 or 8.1 from the factory, We do not have the compatible drivers for these Operating systems.
However you may try installing the video drivers from Intel or AMD websites depending on the graphics card you have in your laptop. It should go through fine without any errors.

Hi,
Thank you for the answer.
I installed drivers from AMD dedicated to my graphics card and now everything works well. I should mention that AMD's Autodetect Driver app does not detect card equipped in my laptop so I had to find and download drivers by myself.
