Inspiron 15Z 5523, beeps 4 times.

Hello!
my Inspiron 15Z 5523 beeps 4 times and doesn't start.
I have tried reseating the memory modules and i have tried pushing the Reset button. Neither one worked.
What could I do to fix the problem?

Build yourself a new Windows install medium (USB key or disc) using the Intel IRST driver (first one in the link below if you're using 64-bit 7; second for 32-bit).

Remove the small cover in the center of the system base - service manual:

we have not tried that yet...not sure what part of the laptop to take apart to get to the mm

our laptop, same exact model, just started doing the same thing. I read elsewhere that perhaps the RAM modules need to be replaced?
