Inspiron 15r SE (7520) do not starting, black screen, not entry to safe mode
Hello.
I have a problem with mi 15r SE, after dell icon a black screen appear, just shut down or restart is permited. I tried advanced boot options with f8 key (a lot of times) unsuccessfully.
pplease help me ...

*Were any recent changes(software/hardware) done.
*Have you initiating dell hardware diagnostics on the system.
*Any beeps or indicator lights seen.
Also send the service tag of the system via private message so that I can assist you further after checking system specifications.

No change (hardware/software), no beeps or lights codes.
All diagnostic test has passed

HI,
Apologies for delayed response. Check if you are able to turn on the capslock light by pressing the capslock key.
If so then connect an external screen to check if the video card has gone bad.
Also initiate the display test by restarting the system with the D-Key pressed. If solid colors are seen without distortion then LCD panel works fine.
