Inspiron 1764 reset to factory settings
I have just sold 2 dell laptops, inspiron 1764 and I want wipe them before handing over. I can't seem to get to the repair my computer option to start this process.
Any help most appreciated.

If it does not work, then you could use the OS disc and diskpart commands to clean the HDD - http://bit.ly/29I3i5e
