Inspiron 3452

So after further digging around I found that the laptop in question the Inspiron 3452, doesn't in fact come with any hard drive only with an eMMC (embedded MultiMediaCard) One embedded MultiMediaCard....I opened the cover and noticed the hard drive was absent by it's cinspicuance.  Can I get a hard drive enclosure and install an SSD?  by the looks of where the hard drive is, it seems though nothing can really fit in there?

The system ships either with an embedded eMMC or a hard drive -- you cannot install one in a system that ships with the other in any practical way (you'd have to change the mainboard to do so -- which isn't an economically viable option on a system this low in cost).

how can i reinstall Windows 10 on the embedded eMMC?

Hopefully you made a set of recovery media -- if you did not, you'll need to order a set now:
