Inspiron 3521 Dell Laptop has Issue with Sleeping mode

Hi,

I am New to Dell laptop user. 1month back i have purchased Dell inspiron 3521 laptop, there are two problem in my laptop.

Problem No1

Brightness Control (Even if we downloaded a latest version of the softwares which is supporting by Dell. System is not responding wen we press FN+F4 to decrese the brightness only the shadow will appear in the Screen with reduced one blip and their no action on the brightness controll.) Also i have installed Quick set software.

Sleep Mode: when starting the laptop by pressing Power button laptop dosent get start but the Power LED will glow. in order to get stop laptop going to sleep mode please let me know how can it possible.

Daily it effecting my Work

I am fedup with one of the worst laptop
