Thanks for writing to us.
When did the issue start?
Was the machine dropped accidentally?
Please check on an external monitor.
Do run the diagnostics from the f12 menu (tap on f12 during boot up and select diagnostics) and observe if the screen flickers during the test.
Provide us your system tag#, name and email via private message,by clicking on my name in blue
and then select send a private message for records purpose.
