Inspiron 3543 - Headphone mic.

Hello, I am using Dell inspiron 3543. Recently  i updated  windows 8 to windows 10 . In windows 8 , when i plug in any headphone it was pop-up like this .

But  in windows 10 there is no pop-up something like this.

* Problem : when i plug-in any headphone, it always works as a speaker. But  I want it to be Mic-in . because i am not happy with the default internel mic.
