I know this system is not top of the line but I do have the 32MB card, 1GB of RAM and a 2.8GHz processor. I am still experiencing lag within PC Games (such as EverQuest). My FPS just goes to "heck" and back at certain times. I have all display options within the game set at minimal. I have also set all settings within Advanced Display to "Performance" within the ATI control panel.
Does anyone have any tweaks/fixes for this or experienced the same issue? Just trying to get the most possible top-notch performance...I use the latest Omega drivers (http://www.omegadrivers.net/) on it from a clean install.
