Inspiron 5547 Will not get past Boot screen
Inspiron 5547 running Windows 10 will not get past the Boot screen (Dell circle with solid Blue Bar on bottom on black screen). Tried F2, F8, and F12...no luck. Fan spinning at high speed, but no progress after several power shut downs.

Hi,
Thank you for writing to us!
When the system comes up to the Dell Logo tap the F12 key and the diagnostics screen comes up .
Run complete diagnostics on the system and check if it comes up with errors.
Kindly private message the system service tag and the email address.

Robin, Thanks for replying. I got around the boot issue by holding the power button for 30 seconds. Thanks.
