a few days ago I found an official update at your website for BIOS from A8 to A12, when I tried to install it the fan works with a very high speed and laptop stop working, after 20 min. - I remove the battery and try to power it again it not working - just the fan sound and nothing else - contacted you Agent here they told me we don't have a solution
