Inspiron 5559 not charging

I've had my 5559 for about 8-9 months. I've tried multiple "solutions" that have worked for others and none are working for me. I've run full diagnostics multiple times and it has come back good every time. I've removed the battery and released the static charge and retried to no avail. I've cleaned the contacts to no avail. I've bought another dell charger and that didn't work either. I've tried all the tips that dell provides to fix charging issues to no avail. I'm at a loss now. I have no idea what else to do. Please help!

Does the system correctly identify the AC adapter or does it show unknown?  F2 at powerup to check.

If it shows unknown, contact Dell for a warranty repair - they'll replace the DC jack or mainboard, whichever is bad.

its shows as unknown. I've tried the f12 diagnostics multiple times and nothing. I guess next step is to contact Dell.
