Inspiron 5559 stuck on the black screen and white circle start up loading page
When I started it up this morning it won't go past the black screen and white circle loading page ( after the dell logo). I have run a diagnostic scan but it says everything is ok...any ideas?

When did the issue start?
Was there any hardware or software changes done recently?
What windows version is the machine running on? Could you please try loading safemode?
Do provide us the system tag# and also confirm the name the system is registered under. Let us
know the contact number and email address.
