Inspiron 5559
My laptop will not get beyond the time and date initial blue screen. Now not even showing the background picture. I have tried just about all of the alternative boot options from F12, but still not able to get into to anything further. This happened after the machine was re-opened in the morning as usual from closed-lid sleep.
Help me please, I'm desperate. I'm writing this on my old Inspiron, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to do anything at all!
HELP!

Please tap the F12 key again and then click on Diagnostic. After quick tests, click on hard drive, and then 'Through Test Mode. Report back any error code.
