Inspiron 5767 problem with stuttering

Hi, about 2 weeks ago I started to notice a rather frustrating problem with my laptop. It is kinda 'stuttering' or 'micro freezing' for under a second every 1-2 seconds. It's quite annoying, especially during working in photoshop (drops my current actions), watching movies and listening to music (stops and makes *buzz* noice. Of course the problem persists even when nothing is running (e.g. When I'm trying to move files from one place to another, the stuttering makes the pointer drop or even open all moved files. Here'w what i've done by now (solutions found all across internet): 1. Disabled the c-state 2. Made adjustments in advanced settings of used power plan 3. Updated all drivers 4. Ran diagnostic boot (ePSA pre-boot system assessment) and everything was correct (done longest tests) 5. Reinstalled Windows My spec are: Win 10 home 64bit. Ver 1703 i7-7500u @2.70 GHz 2.90 GHz Radeon r9 455m 8gb ram ddr4 Thanks in advance, Bartzetto
