Inspiron 700m will not sleep

I recently reformatted my Inspiron 700m laptop and now it will not enter sleep mode. Even when I go to "Turn Off My Computer," the Sleep option is darkened out. It is probably a driver issue, but I am not sure which driver exactly I need to download. My OS is Vista. Any help will be much appreciated.
