Inspiron 7347 - Need password to download touch calibration driver???

Hey, I am trying to troubleshoot why my touchscreen is not working. However, the drivers from dell's site - http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/product-support/servicetag/7b2fb12/drivers/advanced is protected by password. How do I even update the drivers?!
