Inspiron 7559, hard reboot not working

Hello,

My Dell Laptop Inspiron 7559 is struck in restarting for more than 30 minutes. I am not able to switch off even after pressing power button for long time. The laptop has built in battery so I could not even open the battery for switching off the laptop. Please help.
