Inspiron 8200 Crystal WDM Driver

Greetings, Laptop Audio Board!

I often use my computer (Inspiron 8200, OS: Windows XP) to teach on-line and I'd like to improve the sound quality (both for me and my students at a distance).  My students and I experience buzzing sounds, delays, and lowered volume at times.  This could be due to the application and servers we use to share information, but my sound card (Crystal WDM Audio) is old and might benefit from a driver.  Is there one available?  And if so, where can I download it safely?  (I apologize if I've somehow missed it on Dell.com.)
