Inspiron 8200 fans
Hello
A fan of my Inspiron 8200 (bought on july 2002) is very noisy, and I would like to replace it.
Is both of two models, DC5V - 0.3W and DC5V - 0.6W compatible ?

Yes, though when you see how much is involved to replace the fan, you'll want to replace both of them at once. It requires complete system teardown, including removal of the system board.

I would use exact-replacement fans. They are 300 mW units.

Yes, of course, I'll replace two fans.
My question was : "is 0.3 W and 0.6 W models are compatible ?"
