Inspiron 9300 : No bluetooth port to select for printer?

I am trying to commect to a Belkin bluetooth printer adaptor enabled printer. The bluetooth icon is showing on my Inspiron 9300. Form the Add Printer wizard, I choose local printer but there is not bletooth port to select. If I shosee other and try Tosbiba bletooth monitor which is in the list, the device is not found. How can I choose the bluetooth port? Thanks, Tom.
