Inspiron E1705 ran diagnostics: NEED-Modulo20, PCI Subsystem, CMOS,
I have a Inspiron E1705 and ran the diagnostics and it says I need Modulo 20, PCI Subsystem, CMOS???? Help!! It also doesn't have the Sonic program any longer. What happened? I recently downloaded Norton and now have this.
Somebody help me, please

Norton Internet Security has Damaged your install. Unfortunately Norton is like Cancer and cannot be cured only Erased and started over. "Modulo 20, PCI Subsystem, CMOS" is not a Dell software error.
