Inspiron N5010 laptop Battery drains when the laptop is OFF.

Hi,

Today i am facing the problem with my battery. The inspiron N5010 laptop battery drains out even though the laptop is turned off(Shut Down). After going through the different blogs in Dell community I,

1. Updated the Video Drivers from the dell Site.

2. Updated the BIOS Drivers from the same site.

Is there any thing i need to do, to resolve my issue before approaching the Service Center.

Please advice me.
