Inspiron Studio 1537 won't start
when I turn on my laptop the monitor is on but the screen in blank and it doesn't sound like the processor is working at all. I tried the windows boot CD but nothing happened.

Turn it on and put your hands under the vents to see if air is coming out. If there isn't than you should contact Dell right away.
