Inspiron n5010 Touchpad and keys stopped working.

On my Inspiron n5010 my touchpad and its keys stopped working a couple of months after going to WIndows 10. Synaptics pointer software dissappeard from Device Manager. It shows a PS/2 mouse with a warning triange.

Uploading Dell touchpad driver has no affect. Uploading Synapics driver has no affect. Im no techie. Please get me back a functioning touchpad.

Product not tested for Windows 10 upgrade

Dell is not testing or developing Windows 10 drivers for this product. If you choose to upgrade, some features, applications, and connected devices may not work as expected.

The computer needs Windows 10 drivers for the hardware to work properly. Dell did not create any Windows 10 drivers for the Inspiron n5010
