Integrated Webcam doesn't work
Hi!!
I've a big problem with my Studio 1555 and its integrated webcam.
Few words, it doesn't work
every time I open Dell Webcam Central Software there is this Message: Close the other video streaming application to start video
I read on dell web support that this problem can be resolved by uninstalling, reinstalling or updating the webcam driver. So I followed every step but the webcam still doesn't work, neither in skype or similar program.
Did someone have the same problem? how to resolve it?

Hi DarkLady19,
Please load BIOS defaults and check if the issue persists, follow the steps below.
Shutdown the computer tap F2 during the startup to access the BIOS page, in BIOS page press the F9 key on the keyboard which will load BIOS defaults and press F10 to save and exit.
Also run the Dell PC diagnostics on webcam. Use the link below to run the Dell PC diagnostics, click on symptom, select webcam and run the diagnostics.
