Tiberiu,
The Latitude 5520 does have a microphone built in on the top center of the LCD panel. If a webcam was ordered with the system it would be slightly below where the microphone lies.

If it is a Latitude E5520, there is a mic included with the camera at the top of the display bezel (#2 in the screen shot). If the optional camera was not ordered, then the mic is in the base (#7).
