Is Windows 10 on the SSD or hard drive on a Inspiron 15 7000 Series 7559?
Is Windows 10 installed on the hard drive or the 128gb SSD on this laptop?
If it is on the hard drive, who can it be transferred to the SSD to speed up booting, etc?
Or will I have to reinstall Windows 10 on the SSD afterwards?

Naraman,
You will need to go look to see which hard drive windows 10 is installed in Disk Management. The YouTube video link below will show you. Click the links below to transfer Windows 10 to the ssd drive if it is nott already installed.
