Keyboard Status Lights

I have a Dell Latitude D810.  What are the different status lights and what do they mean.  I know the on light and the caps light.  I can't find anything in the manual.  I have the first light on the bottom left which looks like a lock with a 9 inside.  I don't know what that means.
