Keyboard sticking on Inspriron 1520

I spilled a drink on my keyboard and now I sometimes have to press the F, D, and C keys really hard multiple times to get them to work.  Sometimes I just hit them normally and they work fine.  I am thinking I need to replace my keyboard and have found a place to order one, but am not sure if I can replace it myself or if I have to have someone else replace it.  Can a laptop keyboard be replaced without taking it into a service shop?
