My laptop screens turns like above while working and when shake the laptop screen a bit it becomes ok. Any suggestions?
And One important thing is that while taking screenshot , the image is ok without this problem. I have to take the image via my phone .

Could be the video cable (the harness that runs between the mainboard and back of the screen). That would be the first thing to check for damage (and replace it any is found).

Can this issue be detected with some Diagnostics.?
Because for checking video cable , I would have to consult technician.

You can try - F12 at powerup. However, unless the screen is outright not detected, it's unlikely the diagnostic will pick up on the cause of the error.
