Laptop wont start up.
Hi I have a Dell Inspiron E1405 laptop and I cannot get it to start, I have bought a new battery and charger cable but still no luck, when I try to start it I press the button, 3 LED lights come on as normal thgen I hear a click and it turns off nothing comes up on screen?? Can any one help.
